Takeoff disclaimer

Takeoffs from this portal are estimating aids. They are prepared with AI from the drawings and project manual you upload, then checked by an LTS estimator before release. Quantities, sizes and scope notes can still contain errors or omissions.

Check every takeoff against the current contract documents, addenda and site conditions before you bid, order material or fabricate. A takeoff covers only the documents uploaded with it; later addenda are not included unless you submit them.

A takeoff is not a shop drawing, an engineered design or a sealed document, and it does not decide what is in your contract scope.

LTS Forge LLC's liability for any takeoff is limited to the fee paid for it. Your uploads and results are kept confidential and used only to prepare your takeoffs.
